Description
A security control room operative is required to work at the prestigious Brit Oval this summer.
Duties will involve controlling the radios, answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and emergency situations, using the PC to find information through the companies internal address list, typing up reports and carrying out other duties as and when required.
Applicants should be able to multi task and remain calm under pressure and be able to work in a team environment. You will need to be able to deal with customers in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
The requirements of this position include:
- SIA Licence
- PSS Certificate
- Taking instruction from management.
- Working as part of a team.
- Being punctual and presentable.
- An excellent eye for detail.
