Description
We require waiting couples at our Hell Bay Hotel on Bryher located on the beautiful Isles of Scilly, located 28 miles off the coast of Cornwall.
The Hell Bay offers exceptional standards of comfort, cuisine and personal service and food is classic yet up to date and has won many awards for food and accommodation.
Working on the Estate, in any of our businesses is a unique experience, we have great sandy beaches, fantastic views and an exciting opportunity awaits for the successful applicant for these vacancies.
Accommodation is provided for these positions which are required from Feb/March until Oct/Nov. Applications from single people are also welcome as there are other positions available in other businesses on the Estate.
Requirements
The successful applicant is required to take food orders and serve food and beverages to an exceptional standard in our 3 rosette restaurant. Excellent customer service skills and well presented manner are required. Will need to be able to answer any queries regarding the menus and liaise with the Chefs accordingly taking special care with any special dietary requirements. Other duties will include clearing and re- laying tables and ensuring that the restaurant is clean and presentable at all times.
A Health and Hygiene Certificate is essential but we can arrange a course once appointed for any persons not in possession of one.You MUST already hold the relevant visa or work permit to legally work in the UK before you apply for this position.
