Fantastic opportunity to for an experienced Vegetarian/Vegan Sous Chef at a unique restaurant in Brighton.
Aloka Quality of Life Centre in Brighton is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and creative Sous Chef to fully manage the kitchen.
The café serves a combination of raw/vegan and vegetarian hot and cold dishes from our self serve buffet. Our restaurant offers a fine dining experience of raw/vegan delights.
You must have a good knowledge of vegan cuisine and pastry in both cooked and raw. You will be experienced in fine dining, a la carte and buffet. Also be willing to invest themselves in assisting the head chef with the running of a small team of professional chefs.

Requirements
Essential Requirements:
• Previous Sous Chef Experience
• Team Player with solid leadership and training/mentoring qualities
• Able to work full time over 7 days and flexible shifts
• Previous roles in a commerical kitchen environment
•Fine Dining experience
• Vegetarian & Vegan experience
Desirable:
• Raw food experience is desirable but not essential as training would be given to the right candidate
