Description
Join us this summer as a Unit Manager for your chance to work at festivals and sporting events including the Olympics!
We are looking for people who can inspire their teams, take charge and lead the way in a fast paced environment. Our Unit Managers are an important part of the team and are essential to the operation.
Unit Managers are fully responsible for their unit including all cash operations, staff briefings, training, and allocation of work and management of the team on site. They are also the customer service contact point at events as well as liaison point for head office.
Many of our casual staff work with us throughout their university careers and learn valuable transferable skills working at a wide variety of events, managing logistics, leading teams and taking responsibility for cash transactions and stock control.
Our summer schedule works neatly around the academic year, so if you're a student looking for summer work, this could be your chance to earn some great money, make new friends and enjoy a superb and busy summer.
Please note we are not an agency and you will be working directly for The Fine Food Company.

Requirements
Catering experience in a busy kitchen environment is essential, as is event catering experience. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Food Hygiene Level 1 & 2 essential. FH level 3 is beneficial but not essential as we will provide training.
