All our resorts offer something different, from traditional French charm to lively and well established.Working with our Head Chef you will play a key role in ensuring we provide the highest quality service possible. The role of Chef d'Partie with SkiBound involves the preparation and service of food, maintaing high levels of hygiene, safety and cleanliness.We are currently recruiting for our standby list for this season to start immediately through until the end of April.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Chef d'Partie you will work within a small brigade ensuring high standards of preperation, presentation and quality of food. This position requires a focused individual to assist the Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
What We're Looking For
· British/European passport
· UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Knowledge of catering and HACCP procedures
· Previous kitchen experience A qualification in catering (NVQ or equivilant) would be an advantage but is not essential to this role
