Description

Office Manager required for the Harte & Garter Hotel in Windsor.

This is a Luxury 4 star hotel with large busy restaurant (The Tower Brasserie) and banqueting for up to 250 guests.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Manager to co- ordinate our in-house reservations, meeting and events bookings office. To maximise sales for bedrooms, meetings & events and develop all potential revenue.

You will be working with the Sales Manager to grow business for the site as well as being responsible for the efficient co-ordination of the Meeting & Events and Bedroom departments. 

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a similar quality hotel.
  • Meeting and Event co-ordination experience
  • Reservations experience
  • People management and development experience
  • Enthusiastic and motivated with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Have passion for the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immaculate in appearance
