Description
We are looking for Nights Guest Service Coordinators to join the teams at our May Fair property.
The duties within this role are varied and include checking guests in and out of the hotel, preparing and delivering room service, dealing with billing procedures, and being a point of contact for our guests during the evening.
Requirements
Previous experience of working within a 4/5* hotel is essential for this role, along with a passion and enthusiasm to deliver excellent guest service to all our guests.
An excellent command of written and spoken english is a must for this role. Working knowledge of the fidelio system is also preferred but not essential.
