Description
We are currently recruiting for Kiosk Team members to work day and evening shifts at the state of the art Ricoh Arena. You will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a “can do” attitude and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
You will work as part of our Retail team within the Arena to deliver service excellence to all of our customers.
Responsibilities
* To ensure a high standard of service excellence is delivered at all times.
* To ensure cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times in line with company policies and procedures.
* To assist in stocktaking at the beginning and end of the day.
* To dispense drinks correctly and conforming to current licensing laws.
* To have a complete knowledge of food and beverage items on the menu.
* To ensure the standard of cleanliness in the your area are maintained in a hygienic and safe way.
Requirements
If you are immaculately presented, service driven with a “can do” attitude, we would like to hear from you. You will ideally have at least 6 months experience working in a similar environment, however full training will be provided for the right candidate. Applicants must be 16 or over and must be comfortable being in an environment where alcohol and meat products are served.
Please note this position is on a casual basis only and shifts/hours are not guaranteed.
