A fantastic opportunity for a talented Junior Sous Chef has arisen at The Quay Hotel and Spa in Conwy.

As Junior Sous Chef you will be enthusiastic and ambitious about advancing in your career.

You will be working in a close knit brigade and will take instruction from the Head and Sous Chef but will also be able to demonstrate leadership yourself, maintaining a good team structure amongst the brigade.

Requirements

Applicants must be passionate about food and able to maintain a consistent high standard of cuisine whilst working under the pressures of a busy kitchen.
