Clients can choose to bareboat with or without a skipper, or join one of our popular flotillas. These are the ultimate in social sailing, with the perfect balance between independent sailing and unobtrusive support. We are currently recruiting hosts to work in Turkey and Greece.

About the role

Flotilla HostsLiving aboard your leadboat with the Flotilla Skipper and Engineer you'll be responsible for ensuring your 50-60 guests each week have the holiday of a lifetime. You'll need to be naturally positive and self-motivated to advise the clients of all the local attractions and amenities along your Flotilla route. You will also require previous sailing experience to support the skipper mooring up your fleet of yachts and the general day to day running of your leadboat. About time you joined us?

The majority of Host roles are a live aboard position on a Sunsail leadboat along with a Skipper and Engineer. Hours vary tremendously and you will need to be available to advise customers at all times throughout the week.

Requirements

We look for our hosts to have:

Experience in a customer facing environment
Yacht Sailing experience (ideally holding your RYA Day Skipper or Competant crew)
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Level headed and ability to resolve problems on your own
Experience working with large groups of clients
Experience working with children
