Plate waiting staff will work in the hospitality suites within the stadium to serve guests that are attending a match day or event. You will be working as part of team that is directed by the Room Manager or Supervisor, aiming to go above and beyond customer expectations to ensure that all customers have an enjoyable experience at Manchester United.
 
The waiting on position requires a well presented candidate with a friendly and approachable attitude and a welcoming and cheery personality. You must have the capability of working on your own as well as part of a team. A good command of spoken and written English is essential to be able to communicate and interact with customers effectively. You must have excellent organisation skills, social perceptiveness and good co ordination, with an eye for detail. We require candidates that can make others smile, who are passionate about customer service and always seek to wow the customers by going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction, to produce a high quality performance in a demanding environment.

  • Being responsible for cash handling, presenting and collecting bills ensuring that payments are charged correctly.
  • Deal with customer requests and queries.
