Description
We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Manager, to join our May fair hotel team in Central London.
The Guest Relations Manager will provide building and nurturing of relationships with both internal and external customers, with the end in mind to deliver unparalleled experiences. They will be responsible for communication with relevant departments to ensure delivery is seamless.
Requirements
The succesful candidate:
- Along with the front office manager handles all aspects of guest arrivals including VIP’s, check-in and departure.
- Makes reservations, when necessary, in accordance with hotel’s yield management practices
- Seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and developing strategies to improve department and hotel services
- Maintains awareness of hotel business in all areas of the service excellence team, and assist in other departments where necessary. This may include service in the hotel food and beverage outlets
