Description
Preparing and cooking of fresh produce for main meals, dessert, vegetables, bread.
Helping and assisting CSA'S in their roles eg sandwich making. Supporting the Catering Manager in the day to day running of the unit and assisting in the completion of the ISO paperwork. Taking responsibility for food safety and health and safety and general duties within the kitchen.
Location Piggott CE school, Twyford Road, Wargrave, Reading, RG10 8DS
Start date ASAP, working Monday to Fri 8.30am-3.30pm 35 hours per week
Requirements
Must have experience working with food in a similiar role,
You are expected to have a good command of the English language and an awareness of both food and personal hygiene standards.
