• to ensure that all beverages served are of the required standard and legal measure
• to work with management to promote special cocktails and bar promotions when running special events
• to assist the bar manager in training new team members on cocktail making
• to work with the senior management team to continually develop and review the cocktail list and tariff
• to ensure that guests under the influence of alcohol are managed in an appropriate manner

Hours of work will vary depending on the needs of the business and will involve working at weekends and late at night. The majority of shifts will be for the provision of all beverages between the hours of 11am and 2am overtime may be required, when staff are on holiday or absent for another reason working in a busy beverage service environment.
