Description
Chefs required for our renowned kitchen in Morzine
We have a large regular customer base who are used to Trail Alpine providing a high level of service and excellent food in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Main responsibilities
- Plan & cook meals to a high standard and within budget, including on a daily basis, breakfast, evening meal, afternoon tea, apres ski snack menu, packed lunches are offered for sale. Also lunches, on Saturdays and some other occasions.
- Write out the daily set menu
- Hygiene & safety within the kitchen, informing all other staff of the kitchen rules & regulations
Requirements
Ideally candidates will be qualified chefs or experienced cooks .
Be comfortable with preparing meals to a high standard for up to 22 persons and able to work within a budget.
