We are seeking 2 hard working snowboarding couples to run our 12 person and 8 person luxury chalets in central Morzine for this coming winter. 

You will be running one of our luxury catered ski/snowboard chalets as if it were your own business. You will be responsible for hosting our clients on a daily basis which will involve cooking 5* meals, baking cakes and cooking breakfasts, cleaning to high standards, ski guiding and mountain hosting, driving guests around resort and generally being the ultimate hosts with the most. We are number 1 on Trip Advisor and we want to stay there!

At More Mountain, you have full autonomy. We let you do your job. You have full budgetary responsibility for your chalet.  YOU are responsible for everything in your chalet. Your guests will be in your capable hands from start to finish the moment they arrive in resort to the moment they leave. 

Obviously you need excellent organisational skills and as a couple you must work really well together and know each others strengths. You must have a mature and professional outlook with the ability to create a fun atmosphere whilst still being able to remain in control and get the job done.
