Description
Working in a friendly team, you will need to provide a welcoming atmosphere for the guests and ensure that the high standards of the Mountain Lodge are maintained.
Your responsibilities will include working on a rota system in the restaurant area for the breakfast, lunch time and evening meals. You may also be required to work from time to time behind the bar.
Reporting to the food and beverage manager you will be quick to learn how to set tables, serve meals, take orders on the lunch time service, sell and serve wine to the highest standards.
We operate a friendly, homely boutique style luxury hotel which requires friendly professional staff to maintain the standards and give our guests a level of service that will make them want to return year after year.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer services, hospitality, restaurant or hotel environment would be ideal, but not essential.
Working within a team, you will need to be an organised person to make the most of the great environment that you will be working in. An eye for detail is important.
HIGH standard in French language is absolutely essential for this role, along with a UK or EU passport.
