Description
Main duties are to maintain and manage all stocks of dry goods, crockery, glassware and light equipment for Leith's at Earls Court & Olympia venues. This includes the housekeeping of the stand delivery store, being accountable for all stock levels and producing an accurate weekly stock count.
Liaising with the Central Stores & Cellar Manager to ensure all 'department duties' are carried out promptly and efficiently. This includes the cleaning and fault reporting to the Central Stores Manager and ensuring all equipment and stock are ready for collection/ delivery, for daily functions happening within the venues.
Managing a team of up to ten staff, the Stand Delivery floor manager will be responsible for all deliveries being correct and on time, producing a weekly record of all staff timekeeping, (ensuring uniform and presentation standards meet the company guidelines). Ensuring the Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.
The Stand Delivery Floor Manager will also assist the Stand Delivery & Central Stores Manager with other duties, as and when the business requires.
