In this role your responsibilities will include:

• Run and maintain the bar in the hotel
• Be responsible for ordering, stocks and accountability for bar
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and security are up held at all times Assist in organisation of themed evenings with head rep and manager
• Assist head rep in setting up and running an evening entertainments programme for both adult guests and school groups 
• Deal with problems and queries in resort
• Drive company vehicles
