Description
Applications are now open for staff to work at this year's Ryder Cup from 27th September - 3rd October.
We're currently recruiting back of house staff to work at the event.
Your duties will include:
- Unloading equipment deliveries from delivery vehicles as they arrive on site.
- Unloading food and liquor deliveries and distribute as directed
- Storing food, liquor and disposables in a safe, secure manner once unloaded.
- Distributing crockery, cutlery and glassware to areas as directed.
- Moving furniture, kitchen and other catering related equipment around the site as requested.
- Assisting the Back of House kitchen staff as required at busy times with the operation of the dishwashers, cleaning and tiding up at the end of the day.
- Co-operating with the Front of House staff and assist them where possible to provide great customer service.
- Carrying out any other reasonable tasks asked of you from within your team.
All staff will be expected to:
- Arrive at work on time and in the correct uniform.
- Take instructions from the Management team.
- Work as part of the team.
- Operate in an honest, helpful and friendly manner towards colleagues and guests
- Always work in a clean and tidy manner, leaving work areas clean and tidy at the end of the day.
- Adhere to all relevant Heath and Safety regulations at all times.

Free transport to and from the event will be provided from various locations including Cardiff.
