Description
We require an Assistant Duty Manager for the Bosco Hotel in Surbiton.
You will be required to motivate and influence all those who work around you in order to provide high standards of excellence and customer care.
Requirements
- Must have experience making cocktails
- Must have a friendly attitude
- Must work well within a team and independently
- Must live locally due to late shifts
- As Assitant Duty Manager you must be able to maintain a calm attitude under pressure, deal with difficult guests, and work to your own initiative.
- Cocktail experience (perfect position for an experienced cocktail barman who would like to further their career)
