Due to expansion our Client is looking for High Profiled General Managers in Central London. They currenlty have 20 Restaurants looking to open one restaurant every two weeks for the rest of this year. Their product is totally fresh and they are at the top of their game.
Your main responsibilities will include:
First-class management and leadership skills
Proven team development abilities
The know-how to effectively manage stock and cost control
Good accounting knowledge and acute business awareness
Enormous amounts of tenacity and energy
The desire to make your restaurant outstanding
Your skills and qualifications will include:
An excellent track record of managing in hospitality, retail or leisure
Strong communication and motivational skills
Good stock, cost control and budgetary knowledge
Proven leadership abilities and a good organiser
The ability to build a strong rapport with guests

Requirements
Fresh Food Background. At least two years Assistant Management experience, from a cook from fresh Branded Environment. The applications for this position are high, we will only be able to reply to successful candidates
