Hospitality Duty Manager

Description

The Candidate will support the Hospitality manager to effectively develop and support the casual staff in accordance with the needs of the business. You will supervise the casual staff to ensure effective communication, while motivating and involving the staff members.
 
You will provide direct liaison with the client, customer and sales team to ensure clear communications of each party’s needs and expectations. You will deal with all customers comments, and making sure all customers are leaving the venue with a positive experience.

Fire Regulations
Sales of Goods/Trade description
 
 
You must maximise all sales opportunites through selling techniques be able to advise customers in a proefeesional and helpful manner.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent control of all operating costs, and support your line manager in the achievement of sales revenue.
 
The candidate must lead by example and demonstrate the ability to perform all taskes consistently to adhere to the specific standards.
 
You must be well organised, have good communication skills, work well under pressure, give instructions to staff but also be a team player.
