We're recruiting staff for various back of house functions within our bars, restaurants and hospitality suites.  As part of the hospitality team, you will be helping to provide a friendly and efficient food and drinks service to guests.
 
Back of House Staff
You will be mainly based in the kitchen of one of our restaurants, operating dishwashers and ensuring that all cutlery, crockery and glass is cleaned and ready for use by our staff and customers.
 
Kitchen Porters to work in our very busy back of house operation maintaining a clean working environment and ensuring that our fronts of house team have all they need to deliver excellent standards.
 
Cellar/Bar Porters
Your job will be to collect stock from the cellar and ensure that the bar team have all they need to operate effectively. This role may also involve glass collecting and rubbish removal.
 
Work is available throughout the year at weekends and weekdays, as well as evening events.

Applicants will have the opportunity to work at other Jockey Club Racecourses should they so wish.

Requirements

Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.  You must be physically fit as the job may require heavy lifting.

All candidates must live within daily travelling distance of the racecourse.
