Description
Fantastic opportunity to be a key player in a successful team in Scotland! Working in beautiful surroundings in the Loch Tay area, you'll be required to deliver our high quality service in this junior management position.
At the Ardeonaig we have a culture of exceeding expectations through a professional service. As part of this service, you'll be required to control your resources, manage the front office processes and cultivate a personal approach to hospitality by understanding each guest as an individual.
This role will require you to understand the budgets and rate strategy for the business in order to increase revenue through room bookings and dealing with all relevant administration and enquiries.
Our guests will expect you to provide an excellent level of service, so you must ensure knowledge of our products, client relationships and services are maintained and communicated to all relevant staff. You will need to use time strategically to be present during service and to be an outstanding "First and Last" impression for all guests as they arrive, depart and emerge from their overnight stay.
Requirements
You must be highly organised, ambitious and professional, with experience in a similar role and a committment to delivering a truly excellent service.
