Description

Work at Aintree Racecourse, one of the top racecourses in the UK and the home of the world's most celebrated, most talked about, most magical race, the John Smith's Grand National.

We are looking for highly talented Restaurant Managers to run our many restaurants across site. You'll be given the scope to run your very own high profile restaurant in your very own way - using your entrepreneurial and leadership skills to create a successful operation, a memorable experience for your customers, and a great environment for your team to work in.

Experience of leading teams and driving business performance is a must, together with a real understanding of, and passion for, creating delicious food and providing world class service. 

As an experienced manager you will implement effective motivational techniques and a firm yet fair management style to ensure that the restaurant team provide excellent service and top class standards, it will be your contribution that ensures we remain ahead of the game.

Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this position.

Previous management experience is needed and extential experience within the hospitality and catering industry would be advantageous.

You must be able to effectively manage customers and staff in a bustling working environment.
