Work a ski season in the Swiss Alps!
An exciting new opportunity is available to spend the winter season working in a new kitchen in the luxury mountain lodge chalet style hotel. You will be required to assist the chef in the day to day running of the kitchen preparing food to the highest standard.
Breakfast - hot and cold option
Lunch - assist the chef for the service - fresh regular food and menu a la carte
Maise en Place - for the eveing service.
EveningĀ - half board menu 3 or 4 courses
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. You will need to be multitasking for cooking, make the pastry, cooking,cleaning. Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not necessary, however we are looking for commitment and dedication.
Mountain Lodge is a small boutique ski hotel situated on the slopes in a small hamlet in Swiss Alps offering an amazing experience to work in a small team and and enjoy the mountains in your time off.
Requirements
You will need to have previous experience in the catering industry, with food hygiene qualifications and at least 6 months working as a Chef de Partie.
