The Esprit Group provides fully trained teams of waiters, waitresses and bar personnel to a wide variety of clients within the colourful & vibrant events & hospitality industry.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, pro-active team players, who have a good command of the English language and are immaculately groomed.

No experience? No worries! Although having worked in the hospitality industry might be to your advantage, all our potential new recruits take part in a training and induction session, covering customer service scenarios, an overview of health and safety and technical skills- like the best way to clear plates or how to open a bottle of Champagne. So if you have the personality we’re looking for, we’re happy to train you the skills you need. Please note, work with The Esprit Group does include the service of alcohol.
