As Chef de Partie you will provide support and assistance to the kitchen team. Under direction from the Head Chef you will assist in the timely delivery of a range of dishes in all areas of the kitchen in a professional manner.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you would ideally have been in this level position before in a large hotel or are looking to take the next step in your career development. Able to work well under pressure, you’ll take pride in working as part of a team to deliver fine food to Neilson guests.

You will be expected to be clean and smart at all times and adhere to both UK and the country of origin’s health and hygiene standards.
