Requirements
The ideal Receptionists (Guest Service Coordinators) will have previous reception experience, within a 4* or 5* environment. An excellent telephone manner, outgoing personality, a good command of written and spoken English is essential for this role as is the ability to work in a busy and challenging environment with a Yes I Can attitude. Knowledge of computers and software programs such as Fidelio Front Office (or any other reservation program) is desirable.
