Following our historic league finishing position we have exciting opportunities for highly motivated individuals to join our match-day team for what promises to be another exciting season in the Premier League and in Europe.
You will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a can-do attitude and maintain the highest levels of professionalism.
You will support the Public Catering or Hospitality Operations Managers on match days while delivering service excellence and ensuring that client relationships are developed and maintained.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for ensuring all staff are clearly briefed on arrival prior to the commencement of gates opening.
* Responsible for the direction, supervision and motivation of the staff allocated to specific area.
* Ensure a high standard of service excellence is delivered at all times.
* To meet and greet clients on the day, confirming details, taking orders if applicable, and communicating any changes or orders to relevant departments to ensure service excellence is delivered.
* To have a complete knowledge of food and beverage products on offer.
* To ensure all Fulham Football Club cash procedures and stock procedures are adhered to.
* Identify and report any training needs of casual staff and actions taken to address, if relevant, to the Staffing Manager.
If you are immaculately presented, service driven and have at least six months management experience within retail or hospitality in a commercial or private venue, can work weekends and evenings, then we want you to be a part of our match-day catering team for the 2011/2012 season.
Requirements
Due to licensing regulations you must be 18 years or older to be considered for this position.
Proven experience in supervising and leading teams and knowledge of the catering and hospitality industry are essential. Sound numeracy skills are also essential.
All applicants must own a smart black suit and white shirt.
All applicants must be available to work weekends and evenings and commit to the full season (August to May).
