Spend the football season working at Craven Cottage!

The Fulham team is much bigger than 11 men on the pitch... We are looking for immaculately presented outgoing people to join our matchday Catering team.

Your role will be to support the catering and hospitality operations manager on match days while ensuring an excellent client relationship is developed and maintained. To provide "Best in Class” service to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
* To meet and greet clients on the day, confirming details/ taking orders if applicable and communicating any changes/ orders to relevant departments to ensure high quality service is delivered
* Responsible for ensuring all staff are clearly briefed on arrival prior to the commencement of gates opening.
* Responsible for the direction, supervision, motivation of the staff allocated to specific area.
* Identify and report any training needs of employees and actions taken to address if relevant to the Staffing Manager.
* To have a complete knowledge of food/beverage items on the menu.
* To ensure all Fulham Football Club cash procedures and stock procedures are adhered to.

Requirements
Proven experience in supervising and leading teams and knowledge of the hospitality industry are essential.

All applicants must be available to work weekends.
