We are looking for a professional hospitality individual to complement our overseas team. As Regional Operations Manager, Zermatt, Verbier, Les Gets, you will be responsible for delivering a very high standard of service in our 5 luxurious chalets in the area.You need to be passionate about managing and motivating your teams to perform at the highest levels.
Main purpose of the job:
To ensure the chalets are managed effectively according to Descent International Standards within the designated area.
Key responsibilities
•Ensure inventories are checked for each chalet at the start and end of season.
•Ensure brochure product is delivered
•Provide support to Chalet Managers
•Check on standards in Chalets
•Organise staff movements during the season to use the workforce effectively.
•Responsible for the distribution of all equipment, consumables etc. at the start of the season
•Ensure all health & safety documentation is in place and adhered to.
•Prepare end of season reports for each chalet and list of capex requirements |

Experience
Essential:
• Management experience in a 4 or 5* hotel - at least 1 years
• General experience of working in a 4 or 5* hotel - at least 3 years
•Overseas work experience - at least 1 year.
Preferable:
• Above hotel experience in a resort hotel as part of a tour operator
•Multi-site management experience
Skills
Essential:
•Languages: - Fluent in French
•PC literacy
•Numeracy skills
•Good skier
Preferable:
•Good knowledge of German
Qualifications
Essential:
• Current driving license |
