And would you like to spend the winter in one of Europe’s premier ski resorts?! Yes?! Great!

We are looking for accomplished Chefs for two of our luxury catered chalets in the Chamonix valley, La Forge and chalet Louisa, catering for up to 16 guests plus staff.

The kitchen will be your domain and under your control. You will shop for your own ingredients and create your own winter menu. We are happy to give you the flexibility to spend your season creating and serving delicious food for our guests and not work within the confines of a set menu. We want our chalet menus to reflect the season, our locality and your style!

Requirements
andidates will need good kitchen experience (either in hotels, restaurants or chalets) relevant qualifications and most importantly be able to demonstrate their flair and creativity and professional skill. Our budget is very generous and our standards are high.

This job can be combined with the housekeeper or driver position for couples applying together.
