Hi from Huski, long established chalet operator in Chamonix, offering 6 chalets and apartments and bespoke hotel breaks.
We are looking for a RESORT REP/PA for our chalets. This role involves the following duties;
To organise all aspects of Customer concierge services, usually in advance of arrival. This involves email contact with the guests to pre book all ski packs and passes and advise to best lesson options etc.
To facilitate Airport transfers and in resort minibus service for all guests, book out minibuses, organise schedules, and to personally undertake a quantity of transfers to Geneva and general driving.
To arrange arrivals/departure of guests staying in self catered chalets, welcome guests and trouble shoot!
To organise simple chalet accounts with relation to petty cash spending.
To help during busy times to host a chalet, prepare breakfast and tea and help with any changeovers.
To plan staff rota's.

Obviously this role is quite diverse and best suited to someone with good experience of Customer service and a natural flair for organisation.
The work can start anytime from Mid Novemeber but must start from 3rd Dec to Mid April.
As the Resort Rep works closely with Huski owners we are able to create a flexible work rota.

We are looking for a professional, organised and charming person to be our guests first contact on their Huski holiday.
You need to have NI number and EU passport or right to work in UK. You need full driving license and be a confident driver with preferably previous experience driving large vehicles or minibuses.
You need a strong Customer service background.
You must hold a NI number and EU passport plus have full driving license.
In addition it is useful to speak some French but not essential.
Accommodation is provided in shared staff apartment (own bedroom) Good salary, season skipass, insurance, free use ski's/boots, jacket, mobile, lap top.
Travel to Chamonix provided. |
