Spend the winter working and skiing in St Anton!
Working in a chalet of up to 28 guests, you will be in charge of a team of 4 responsible for ensuring all our guests have a fantastic stay with us. A chalet manager combines the role of chalet host with managerial/leadership duties, and is therefore expected to muck in with general housekeeping chores as well as supervising the other members of the team. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, good attention to detail, be well organised and numerate, as you are in charge of the chalet accounts. You will liaise with the resort manager, who is in overall charge, but a responsible chalet manager will be given a great deal of autonomy. |
