Description
Spend the winter working in some of the most luxurious chalets in Méribel!

Working in conjunction with the chalet host, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the chalet however, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent food, hospitality, service and assistance to guests to ensure their holiday exceeds their expectations.

You will be preparing and serving a full cooked breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes and a delicious four course evening meal (4th course is cheese). You will be doing this 6 days a week for up to 16 guests.

In return we offer a highly competitive package which includes, return flights from the UK, all inclusive accomodation in central Meribel, meals on a full board basis, lift pass and free equipment for the whole season.

Requirements
Applicants should be creative, hardworking and have lots of stamina.

Ideally you will hold a relevant cooking qualification and demonstrate significant experience in professional kitchens obtained from established hotels and restaurants.

Whilst previous chalet experience is not necessary, it can be an advantage.

You must have extremely high work standards, be customer-focused and self motivated.
