Supervisor

Description

To prepare and serve hot and cold food and beverages, working as a team to take orders, set, serve and clear tables and deal with the exchange of bills and money.
 
As a FOH Assistant you are an important member of the team.
 
As you will have the most contact with the customer during their dining experience, it is essential that you are polite and courteous when you welcome them, during the service of a meal or in any transaction. You should also be able to help our clients with more general information such as directions of toilets, other outlets etc.
 
Any queries or question a customer may have, which you cannot answer, should be passed on to a manager.
 
It is extremely important that you work as a team member; provide polite and efficient service at all times to maintain the exceptional standard of service and quality that we have at Leith’s. 

Requirements

Good spoken English. Availability to communicate with customers and colleagues. At least one year experience
