Do you want to be part of one of London's premier catering teams working on major events at Wembley National Stadium?

On event days you will be offering customers and box staff beverage requirements for consumption during events. Taking telephone and face to face beverage orders.  Processing & billing to box holders accounts via Micros. Have an understanding of stock taking procedures and accompanying paper work and documentation.

Life at Wembley is usually busy and you need to be available to work shifts which can include day events, evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Ultimately, you will ensure the quality of service to all our clients/ customers is consistent and in line with the Company policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Consistently driving the brand standards, championing attention to detail as well as possessing a strong passion for customer service and food and drink.
• Protect the reputation of Delaware North Companies (UK)
• Ensure smooth and effective service of all bar service delivery within the unit.
• Attend all meetings as required, and ensure that relevant information is cascaded as appropriate.
• Recommend improvements, which you believe would help to grow the business and sustain our position in the market.
• Acknowledge and act upon individual customer needs in line with the nature of the business, whilst observing the Company policies and procedures.
• Deal with customers/ client comments in a positive manner and take appropriate action.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed in relation to cash handling and cash collection.

Requirements

Due to our licensing regulations you must be 18 years and older. Prior experience is essential.
