Do you want to be part of one of London's new premier catering teams working on major events at the Emirates Stadium?

As a Lead Chef you are primarily responsible for providing a quality product with speed and efficiency.

You will:

* Join our exciting and innovative team with a passion for food and quality
* be allocated to any of the 98 Kitchens, servicing Premier Restaurants, Conference and Banqueting, and 163 Private Boxes.
* prepare food in the correct manner, as shown by the Head Chef and Company food specification.
* closely monitor standards and appearance of your team to ensure Company and legal standards are maintained.
* actively control labour costs to the required level, therefore numeracy and literacy skills are vital.
* possess good team leadership skills and feel confident to delegate work throughout the team,
* monitor standards and appearance of the team and make team aware of legal legislation for Health and Safety, and Fire.

Requirements
You must have:

* NVQ level 1 and 2 (or equivalent)
* proven experience in C & B and/or restaurants
* intermediate food hygiene certificate
* the ability to think creatively.
