Description
We are currently recruiting for porters at Cheltenham Racecourse for the 2012 race season.
As a member of the porter team at Cheltenham Racecourse you are responsible for delivering and collecting goods (food, drinks and equipment) as requested.
You are also responsible for cleaning and maintain areas as requested.
We are the official caterers at Cheltenham Racecourse which is home to hunt racing and host to the famous National Hunt Festival - Gold Cup.
Catering at Cheltenham Racecourse, provide high quality catering in an exciting environment, with an outstanding range of menus and bespoke packages to suit every occasion.
We are part of the Compass Group who manage multiple venues around the UK once you are registered with us you will be eligible to work at other major sporting venues such as Wimbledon, Edgbaston and Henley Regatta.
Requirements
You will be over 16 years of age and physically fit.
You will posses a pleasant, friendly, polite manner.
Basic numeracy and literacy skill are necessary.
Experience is not essential.
