As a Commis Chef, you will assist in the timely delivery of a range of dishes in all areas of the kitchen in a professional manner. You will be expected to demonstrate a passion to learn and to take ownership of all jobs given. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a desire to get involved, further their skills and share their enthusiasm and expertise with our customers.

Requirements

For this position, you will need broad-ranging experience, ideally in this level position, and be prepared to work independently.

All Neilson staff will come into contact with our guests and other staff, therefore all applicants should possess extremely good interpersonal skills. You’ll take pride in working as part of a team to deliver fine food to Neilson guests.

Please note it is essential that you are an EU passport holder and have a permanent National Insurance Number. Unfortunately applicants without these cannot be considered.
