Description
Liberty Stadium Swansea is the premier venue for conferences and events in South West Wales. The variety of function suites can accommodate meetings, lunches and dinners from 8 to 660. The facilities are second to none and boast views of the hallowed turf.

We are looking for individuals who have gained supervisory experience within a fast food or commercial canteen style operation, preferably with Knowledge of basic food hygiene. Supervisors will be charged with overseeing various aspects of the stadiums food and beverage service. They will be responsible for a small team and will be involved in staff briefings, checking in and out procedures as well overseeing the operation of that team with regards to setting up, service and closing down (or turn around) procedures.

Requirements
These individuals need to be well turned out and ultimately have a bit of clout about them e.g. responsible individuals with team leadership qualities and must be able to work flexible hours especially weekends and evenings.
