Working as part of the back of house team the role will normally be based in the same kitchen for each event.
The role is essential to ensure that kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy during service as well as ensuring that at the end of the event all areas are left clean and tidy
Main Duties
To perform back of house duties including:
* Movement of stores and equipment
* Dishwashing activities
* Keeping kitchen areas clean
* After service ensuring that kitchen areas are left clean and tidy
* Work as part of a back of house team |

Experience, knowledge and attitude
* Numeracy and literacy skills
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team
* Have worked in a hands-on physical role
* Happy to take direction but also to work under own supervision
This would be an ideal role for a student, or anybody wishing to earn some extra money in their spare time! |
