Kiosk assistants work throughout the stadium in the public concourses serving food to those attending the match or event.
There are peaks and troughs when the kiosks are busy, principally before the start of the game and at half time. As far as is possible the same team members work together in the same kiosk for each event working with a team leader.
Main Duties:
* Attending briefings
* Preparing the food unit for service
* Serving food
* Cleaning duties prior, during and after the event
* Using the EPOS till system
* Stocktaking
* Restocking the unit |

Knowledge, Experience and Attitude
Essential
* Able to speak and understand spoken and written English
* Possess basic numeracy skills
* Happy to work in a customer service environment
* Team player
* Happy to take direction
Desirable
* Basic Food Hygiene
* Basic Health and Safety
