Hospitality Box Service Staff are responsible for providing hospitality service to individual boxes, generally working on their own, although some of the Super Suites do have a larger allocation of staff.
Staff are encouraged to attend for work at each match and are allocated the same box each time.
Main Duties
* Preparing the box for service
* Attending briefings as requested
* Liaising with the box clients
* Greeting guests
* Serving food and beverage in the box to order specifications
* Taking and processing of beverage orders using the EPOS system
* Dealing with any customer questions and queries and passing them on to the supervisor
* After guests depart, stocktaking and leaving the box ready for the next event

Knowledge, Experience and Attitude
Essential
* Must be able to speak and understand spoken and written English
* Some experience of working in a similar environment
* Possess the ability to work without close supervision
* Happy to take direction
* Happy to work in a customer service environment
* Team Player
