Benefits: £5.40 - £6.20

Duration: Up to 35 Match-days throughout the year and opportunities to work in conference and banqueting.

Plate waiting staff work in restaurants or larger hospitality suites serving guests attending the match or event. Each staff member works as a member of a team directed by a team leader, supervisor or manager

Principal activity is prior to each match at half time and in some areas after the game is finished.

As far a possible each team members is allocated to work in the same area for each game.

Main Duties

* Working in a banqueting or restaurant service environment
* Laying tables preparing for service
* Taking customer food and liquor orders via the EPOS system
* Collecting food from the kitchen and serving to a table as directed
* Clearing tables, taking china, cutlery and glass to the kitchen
* Re-laying tables as requested
* Dealing with customer requests or queries
* Attending briefings

Requirements
Knowledge, Experience and Attitude

Essential

* Must be able to speak and understand English
* Happy to take direction
* Happy to work in a customer service environment
* Team Player

Experience of working in a restaurant or conference and banqueting environment is not essential as full training will be given.

This would be an ideal role for a student, or anybody wishing to earn some extra money in their spare time!
