Are you friendly, outgoing and willing to work hard to provide outstanding service to our Ski customers? If so, then you could be the person we’re looking for to manage one of our European chalets this winter. An enthusiastic personality, flexible attitude and a passion for food are essential for this role.
Our aim is to provide our guests with the most enjoyable holiday experience, so we’ll be looking to you to help make this happen. You’ll use your passion for food to plan and prepare a well-balanced menu for your guests within a given budget for anything up to 40 guests - this will include a hearty breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3-4 course evening meal six days a week. Your guests will also expect you to a happy, sociable and relaxed host whilst maintaining a professional distance.
First Choice Ski operates over 25 chalets in some of the best Ski resorts in France and Switzerland and we pride ourselves on offering a true home-from-home atmosphere. Our chalets vary in size from 6 to 40 guests and it will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of your chalet: by keeping within a pre-determined budget (a set menu is provided to assist you with this) as well as placing your own orders, maintaining very strict stock control and completing all necessary chalet paperwork.
You will also be responsible for maintaining our renowned high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within our chalets. In addition, depending on your resort you may have the opportunity to manage and develop a team of Chalet Assistants. |
