In St. Johann we need great people with very strong organisational skills and the ability to speak German. The areas you’ll be looking after are crucial to the successful delivery of our product overseas, and you’ll be in constant contact with the resort based teams who rely on a superb back office team to support them in making sure all our guests get a great service and have a great holiday.
Responsibilities will include contributing to the smooth running of the Overseas Head Office, offering clerical support to the resort based teams, operational support on transfer day as well as organising company phones and managing the fleet of vehicles used by Crystal across Austria and ROW. In busy periods the position will also assist in the reservations department.
You can expect your working week to be 5.5/6 days on a split shift basis so skiing time is very much part of the role. A lift pass is provided as part of the package, as well as equipment hire and accommodation. |

This position ideally suits people with at least conversational German, possibly language placement students.
Our opportunities in the overseas admin team are much sought after, and we will take only the very best candidates on board. As well as completing the online application and passing an initial screening process, you'll also need to be available to come to the Crystal Head Office in Kingston, London on either Friday 8th or Saturday 9th August for an assessment day. |
