Resort Management – Reps

Description
Quite simply, you’ll make sure that everything in the resort runs like clockwork. At Crystal, we pride ourselves on making sure that our ski and snowboarding customers receive the very best service around. From dealing with staff issues to building relationships with suppliers, ensuring sales just keep on rising to ironing out any operational problems, you’ll be invaluable. Diplomat, accountant, negotiator, coach, mentor, logistics expert and budget manager all rolled into one, you’ll keep things running smoothly at all times.

Calm, cool and unflappable, your highly organised approach means that everyone looks up to you. You’ll find it’s a busy, varied role. You’ll be keeping an eye on all the Reps, training them up, and making sure they do a great job. Respected by all your team, you’ll be at the heart of your resort’s success. You’ll also be making your mark with the largest travel group in the world, in one of the premier European Ski Resorts.

Requirements
Calm, cool and unflappable, your highly organised approach means that everyone looks up to you. You’ll find it’s a busy, varied role. You’ll be keeping an eye on all the Reps, training them up, and making sure they do a great job.

You’ll have people management experience and will ideally have experience working in a ski environment. You’re motivated by working to targets and able to instill this enthusiasm in your team. The role encompasses sales, customer service, problem solving, admin skills, IT skills, accountancy skills and masses of organizational ability.

* UK Bank Account
* Must have had a UK address for the past 2 years
