Assistant to our Head Chef is no mean feat, you will need to be organized, enthusiastic and deliver menus of the highest standard. Not only do you have a recognised cooking qualification, you also have experience supervising others in the kitchen. Finally, you’ve shown you know how to keep morale – and standards - high in the kitchen.
